Refund Terms & Policy?

First of we would like to clarify that we are just an agent helping you book your bus ticket from the carriers and bus companies in Turkey. Hence most of the terms and polices here are subject to change without further notification by the providers / bus companies / carriers and other third party companies. MOST of the companies allow passengers to cancel / change or to ask for a refund before 12 hours of the departure time. However some of the companies / providers limits / changes and applies different terms depending on seasonal, operational and conditional reasons. We do make full-refund to our clients of what we get from the bus companies and service providers except;
a.) The handling fee
b.) The transaction fee

Do i have to pay a cancellation fee?

As we mentioned in our refund terms, you don't have to pay any extra fees for cancelling a ticket, however the handling fee and the transaction fee is non-refundable. The ticket price will be refunded if provided by the service provider

I've missed my bus can i get a refund?

Unfortunately up until 12 hours of departure time of your bus, we can NOT do any refund or change request for the ticket. This might be even longer duration (ie: 24 hours, depending on the bus company, seasonal and operation reasons) .

General Terms and Conditions (Important)

As you have also realized that we are one of those very few companies (if not the only one) who provides online bus ticket booking for foreigners. Maintaining this service is NOT easy and it comes for a cost, so please read below carefully, because by using our website and services you are assumed to fully understand and agree below terms.

• We are only a travel agent helping you book your bus ticket and services.
• We are not liable for the services / delays / issues caused by the service providers.
• Our system is still in "BETA" mode, hence if you face any problems / issues you are obligated to contact us immediately. We will try to fix any issues causing by this web service if it's within our power and capacity, if NOT we are NOT liable and you fully agree with this and all of our conditions.
• In case of any mistake caused by us, we will try to provide you with alternatives.
• Under any circumstances, the maximum refund you can get from us is what you have paid, we can NOT refund even 1 cent more regardless of the mistake is caused by us, by you or by the service provider and regardless of those mistakes' costs to you
• If you don't agree with any of the above conditions, please do NOT use our services.
• TurkeyBusTicket.com has right to change/alter/remove/add any of the above conditions without any further notice
